Bad place to work for.

This place does not run their company very well. The management does not tell employees the truth and the only way to get hired is it you are telated to the plant manager or owner. Quality is terrible and there is no one to fix anything. Temps are left to try and make enough parts on a Maxine that is old and broken. Too many people who work here just got out mail it prison and besides foreigners who can't speak English, and that is all that they can get to work here. Low pay -no benefits-no good reason to work here. Anyplace is better than Iroquois.0
